Organizational Consulting

Organizational consulting is a process in which an outside consultant works with an organization to help it improve its overall performance and effectiveness. This can involve a range of activities, such as analyzing the organization's structure and culture, identifying areas where improvements can be made, and developing strategies to address those areas.

1-on-1 Consulting

One-on-one organizational consulting, as the name suggests, involves working directly with an individual within the organization, such as a manager or executive, to provide tailored guidance and support.

Mentorship

Mentorship is a relationship between a more experienced or knowledgeable person (the mentor) and a less experienced or knowledgeable person (the mentee). The mentor provides guidance, support, and advice to the mentee as they navigate their personal and professional development.

OUR CORE BELIEF

We believe in building organizational ethics and company culture into business and financial models to ensure viability and sustainability of ethical operations.

Organizational ethics refers to the fusion of clinical and business ethics. They are a product of available resources, and live at the intersection of management practices, policy, and organizational systems from which clinical standards and practices are a direct output.

While a lot of this can be tackled at the individual provider level, we understand that providers operate within an ecosystem - standards, regulations, funding. Part of a long term solution requires a collective approach to systemic industry and regional issues that together comprise that ecosystem.
